Jones (Jesse Holman) Papers 1880-1965

Jesse H. Jones was a prominent Houston businessman, builder, and publisher of the Houston Chronicle, and held positions with the American Red Cross during World War I and in the Franklin D. Roosevelt administration. He was involved with real estate development and building construction in Texas and elsewhere.
